Can anyone help me with this?! omg omg omg.?

Ok, so the other day I was watching Peter Pan and I was like OMG that is sooo cool. I really want to learn how to fly. Is there like a cl or something I can take like you know in harry potter he has that cl where they learn how to fly their brooms but without the brooms obviously...or does anyone know a fairy to give me a little pixie dust? I can pay but nothing over $50 pleaseee.
