Would you support a Constitutional amendment to repeal the birthright clause?

The 14th Amendment wasn't originally intended to grant citizenship to anchor babies. It was meant to give full citizenship rights to former slaves born in America. Activist judges have twisted the meaning to invent the birthright clause. Unfortunately, you're right, an amendment is the only way we'd fix the problem now.
