I'm an Atheist, but I want to pray for myself... how do I do that?

I know this might be silly and unusual but I really want to pray myself about God curing my attention deficit disorder (ADD) because I am struggling with it so bad, and holding all the abuse in by kids, even grown adults by making fun of my grammar, spelling, comprehension, ect. And I really really want God to make it heal me from that, or maybe even make it better somehow... so how exactly should I pray and tell/ask him for healing?
