I have this mutant hair growing out of a mole on my back. It is thick and wiry and hard to pull and keeps...?

...growing back. What's the deal with these mutant hairs? The rest of my back just has peach fuzz tupe hair, with a couple of longer hairs, but nothing like this mutant one. I have pulled it out dozens of times and it keeps growing back.
