I have bad toothache?

I have had this toothache for about a month in the same spot the tooth in front of my wisdom tooth my wisdom tooth doesn't hurt. The pain went away after some time but it came back yesterday :( When i first had it it lasted almost 3 weeks !! Does anyone know what could be causing this painful toothache? Its a throbbing pain and sometimes when its happening my ear also hurts.. and my jaw hurts as well.. I want to go to the dentist but my life is pretty hectic right now and i don't see that happening very soon. ive been taking orajel and aspirins/pain relievers such as naxoprin and motrin.
