I'm torn between Diagnostic Medical Sonography & Echocardiography.Can other people in this field tell me more?

I would love to hear from people in this field. Is there a way to be a sonographer that specializes in cardiac sonography? If so I would love to be specialized in pediatric cardio if I went that route. I am currently enrolled at Orange Coast College which is accredited by the CAAHEP in both programs and I am on the waiting list. I appreciate any info anyone in this career or in school for this career can tell me. :)
