Do you think tipping in the US has become out of control?

They get crap wages, and unlike Europe, they don't have the tip included in the bill. If you get your food, so what if you don't get them asking how your meal is every 5 minutes? In my view, at least 10% should be mandatory at every meal (unless they don't give you anything), 20% should be given for average service and anything better should go up to 30%. I like this system much better than Europe's.
