Pink spot on ?

im 14. on the part where the is attached to the body(not the sack) is a pink spot the size of a quarter. it not a bump. it get whiter in da middle. it dont hurt. it shiny and it look like it peeling. it smooth. i nvr had . plz tell me wat it is?
