Everyday Art History Project?

Try picking textures from each of those places and collaging them onto mat board. Ex: use actual sand for the desert and palm fronds for the rain forest etc. Pick objects that represent those places like gr mats and plastic wrap. Sometimes it helps if you go dumpster diving and just see what you can find. Good luck!
