A good turkey brine recipie?

I use the one from Emeril from the food channel. It contains white wine, orange juice, brown sugar bay leaves pepper corns, fresh ginger root ,kosher salt and water. I use a new clean 5 gallon bucket for a 15lb turkey. I have used this for the past 3 years. It makes the most wonderful turkey. These are just the ingrediants I remember. I just thought of fresh thyme sprigs. Go to the Food channel site and look for Emeril recipes. I am sure you will find it. If not email me and I will send it to you when I get home.
