You might be gringa but you are not bound to american culture. People move an acquire new culture and citizenship all the time. We are products of our environment. It seems like you have grown up with latin culture so it probably feels apart of you and thats normal. Maybe one day you will live in latin america and maybe acquire dual citizenship. Is it Parvo or something else?

My dog is sick, she threw up and is not as lively as she usually is. She also has diarreha. I gave her fluids and she is not eating now. I've been doing some reserch and cannot tell too well. She does move around on her own easily and has barked at some things earlier. Perhaps your cousin didn't shop around. I found online ESL cles where the basic certificates started at $295 and the expert was just under $1000. As for the hourly income between your friend and cousin, nothing was guaranteed by the training program. My bachelors degree doesn't guarantee that I'll make any particular income as well. All they can state is that "on average", graduates/certificate complete normally start around "$X". In the case between your friend and cousin, maybe your friend is just more ambitious and better as an independent tutor.
