Is it Parvo or something else?

My dog is sick, she threw up and is not as lively as she usually is. She also has diarreha. I gave her fluids and she is not eating now. I've been doing some reserch and cannot tell too well. She does move around on her own easily and has barked at some things earlier. She hasn't barfed up the water I gave her about 10 minutes ago and I gave her some nutritional liquids like broth and milk for now. Well, anyone know what's going on and what I can do?
