Which is the better buy out of these cars ?

Out of those I would get the Civic with 76k. They are very reliable, fuel efficient, simply great cars. the TC would be good as well but I would prefer the Civic over it, more my style. Make sure you know the Civic's history and that it hasn't been abused due to it's near $4,000 lower price compared to the higher mileage 82k Civic.
