Should I move in with my dad?

Hello. Im 16 and my mom wants me to leave the house and move in with my dad and stepmom. My mom wants me to leave because of the inconsistant grades i have been getting. I usually have A's B's C's and maybe a D. But this year was different. My Mom broke up with my stepdad which i have known since i was 2. I have been feeling depressed as if there is nothing for me to do but just sit around. My report card was bad this year. 3 D's, 2 C's and 1 A. I dont know what to do any more. I want to blame my mom for this but if i do she might send me to boot camp. I feel like my dad doesnt want another person in the house since there are already 5 people living there. Im lost please help!
