Hello, my name is Anastasia. I hail from Ukraine. The Chernobyl accident happened when I was five and I grew a . Is there any way to remove it without expensive surgery? The Ukrainian health system and even Mother Russia's is too broken. I have not alot of rubles. All answers are welcomed :)
