Dolly Parton Muisc Video?

I'm trying to figure out this song by Dolly Parton. I remember the music video for the song was her on, I believe, an animated mountain and she was throwing things like men in suits and ufos. I think she was singing that too. I really want to figure out this song. I've google and everything and can't seem to find it. Help!!
